    Information / Baghdad..
Member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Mohammed Al-Shammari, confirmed today, Saturday, that Türkiye's camps inside Iraq reveal its occupation intentions.
Al-Shammari said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency that "Turkey is making a big mistake by penetrating Iraqi territory, taking advantage of the regional escalation and the Iraqi forces' preoccupation with securing the border with Syria."
He pointed out that "the Turkish forces have begun to establish camps and concrete sites inside Iraqi territory, which reflects their intentions to control the lands and not just pursue the Kurdistan Workers' Party as they claim."
He explained that "this situation requires rapid diplomatic action by the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in addition to filing legal cases before the competent international courts."
He stressed that "Iraq seeks to resolve his issue through diplomatic and political means, away from resorting to military options." End 25/S
