[size=45]The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called for a comprehensive national dialogue in Syria that would lead to the formation of a democratic government.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Sadr said in a tweet on the Aks website: “After the fall of a rule that lasted more than fifty years at the hands of the people of all sects in beloved Syria, today we await a comprehensive national dialogue to form a democratic government that brings together all sects of the people without extremism, military rule, or exclusion, so that neighboring Syria can live in security and safety, far from all ISIS terrorism, hateful dictatorship, or foreign interference, American, Israeli, or other. And we in Iraq are a people.”[/size]
[size=45]Al-Sadr added: “We hope and look forward to balanced relations between the two brotherly peoples under the banner of Islam, Arabism and humanity. Our destiny is one and we will not allow the enemy to divide us under the banner of sectarianism, political or national differences.”[/size]
