Central Bank announces launch date of {Riyada} Bank for lending to small projects

{Economic: Al Furat News} The Central Bank of Iraq announced today, Wednesday, the date for launching the {Riyada} Bank to support small and medium enterprises.
A statement by the Central Bank Media, a copy of which was received by {Euphrates News}, stated that “the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq received a delegation from the International Finance Corporation, and they discussed the importance of launching the Riyada Bank during the coming year, which will support projects with small and medium loans in line with the government’s vision to support the graduates and entrepreneurs and develop the labor markets.”
On October 14, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Al-Alaq, announced the imminent launch of Al-Riyada Bank’s services to finance small projects.
Al-Alaq explained at the time that “Riyada Bank will be a different bank through its unconventional products that will contribute to creating job opportunities for various social groups.”
