    [rtl]The government media team confirmed today, Saturday, that the completed model schools were subject to quality standards in all their details, noting that the number of schools within the model buildings project exceeded 800.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The spokesman for the government media team, Haider Majeed, said, "The model school buildings project has reached its final stages, as Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani opened, via a television circuit from seven elected governorates, 790 schools out of a total of 1,000 schools as a first phase, distributed to all governorates," noting that "the number now exceeds 800 schools."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that "these numbers, according to the contract concluded within the specified period, were completed before the specified date, and that these school buildings will enter service after the proper handover and delivery process is completed, through a committee formed under the chairmanship of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the membership of the implementing company, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Business and Housing as the consulting body, and the Resident Engineer Department," stressing that "the handover and delivery process is subject to standards set by the Department of National Projects and Public School Buildings of the Council of Ministers, which are accuracy in implementation and quality, and all the details concluded in the contract are delivered to the Education Directorate after the full completion."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Majeed explained that “the Education Directorate is taking it upon itself to expand these school buildings to the schools available in each governorate, whether they are elementary, intermediate or preparatory, as the basic criteria that were occupied are ending the phenomenon of caravan or mud schools, and ending the double or triple shift,” noting that “the schools that were occupied in the governorates ended these phenomena that the government sought, and the goal of the ruling to establish this project was that 200 schools or less remain of it and will be completed on time at the end of this year.”[/rtl]
