The head of the Expediency Council in Iran, Ayatollah Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani lamented the decline in oil prices and the impact of industrial policies of states that make up the consumer president of this energy, and said that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to protect the producers and should not be subject to the ambitions of consumers.
