The source said, "House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi finally agreed to bring about the changes in the judiciary because of some wrong decisions.
He added, would be excluded that the first president of the Supreme Judicial Council, Medhat al-Mahmoud because of some of the decisions issued by the previous government in time.
