     Signed Committees of oil and gas in the parliamentary Iraq and the Kurdistan region, on Monday, a joint Memorandum of Understanding include the strengthening of the supervisory role and joint action between the parties and the enactment of the necessary laws, and between the head of the Iraqi Commission memo also includes follow-up developments of the agreements and understandings between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil in the field of oil and gas and to identify the difficulties faced, described the oil and energy Kurdish memo as "important" to solve "problems," the relationship between the two parties.
    The Chairman of the Commission on oil and gas in the Iraqi parliament, Ali Bahadli during a joint press conference held by the committees of the oil and gas in the Parliament of Kurdistan and the Iraqi parliament building, the Parliament of Kurdistan and I followed, (long-Presse), said that "the committees of the oil and gas in the parliamentary Iraq and the Kurdistan region signed on Monday, a memorandum of understanding Monday include a common set of points in order to strengthen the supervisory role and joint action between the parties and the enactment of the necessary laws. "
     Bahadli, adding that "the note found, supervision and follow-up on the developments of the agreements and understandings reached between Alathaah government and the Kurdistan Regional Government in the field of oil and gas include".
     Bahadli said that "the memo also includes work on the sustainability of those agreements and to identify the difficulties faced by the joint cooperation of the laws of the oil and gas and other laws relevant to the work of these committees and participate in the development programs in the field of oil and gas, power, hold hearings joint meeting between the two committees and private bills and other things concerning the work of these committees. "
    For his part, Chairman of the Oil and Energy Committee in the Parliament of Kurdistan Ares Abdullah signed between the two parliaments as "important," the memo, noting that "it would be more incentive for the rapprochement between Iraq and the Kurdish parties in order to reach a final solution to the outstanding problems concerning my sides."
     For his part, the oil and energy in Iraq's parliament member Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum he was "surprised not to send the issue of the central government budget for the Kurdistan Regional Government so far."
     Bahr al-Ulum said "We were surprised and told us yesterday by the Minister of Finance in the government of the Kurdistan region of that province staff salaries did not reach so far."
     He Bahr al-Ulum "We listened to this complaint and we will try to discuss it with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives and Sntbages with the government, considering that there is a commitment by the Iraqi Council of Representatives on the bill to pay the region's share amounting to 17%."

    this sounds like done! sounds like committers and supervisory roles allocated and signed off on!

    yes I agree I think that's why the president had not signed the budget yet was waiting for this ....but he  will sign the budget now...I posted that earler in another thread

    Just read it again., this is saying that they agree not stand in the way of the passing of the necessary laws! This is the way read it!

    This is an agreement of a focused vision between the parties in regards to the oil law yet to be formally introduced to Parliament. It basically says we agree and will proceed united in purpose. Passing the law is the formality...
