And between Qubool "We see that all the revenue accrued from the export of oil must be delivered to the federal government and the oil is sold through SOMO, while the region sees that he has a financial dues to foreign companies operating there and this is a violation of our own." He noted that "it was agreed to activate the special committees in this matter, and we agreed Kganta power [of the oil and parliamentary power, and the Committee on Energy in the regional parliament] to prepare a memorandum of understanding for the supervision and follow-up, and we hope to witness the coming days, the completion and implementation of this agreement."
