    [rtl]The source, who asked not to be named, said: "Barzani will meet with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and government officials to resolve the outstanding problems and discuss the reasons for the delay in sending the Kurdistan Regional staff salaries."[/rtl]

    [rtl]The Kurdistan Democratic Party site confirmed earlier in the day, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani will visit, on Sunday, the capital Baghdad at the head of a senior delegation to discuss the outstanding problems and delays in the central government to send the provincial employees' salaries.[/rtl]

    The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Barzani expressed, in the 11th of February 2015, his willingness to visit the Iraqi capital of Baghdad every day to solve the Kurdish problem salaries, and accused Baghdad of trying to fabricate problems, as suggested calculate the amount of oil exported once every three months.

    Agreed the central and Kurdistan governments in the (second from December 2014), to allocate a portion of the federal allocations of Iraqi ground forces to the Peshmerga forces, and delivery of the Kurdistan Regional Government, 250 thousand barrels of oil per day in addition to the export of Iraq 300 thousand barrels per day of Kirkuk.
