Barzani, after meeting with al-Abadi: Baghdad for not possess sufficient funds
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, Sunday, that the Iraqi government does not currently have sufficient funds to implement the oil agreement because of lower oil prices on the economy of Iraq, and that the parties are committed to it and there is no problem between Baghdad and Kurdistan.
Barzani said during a press conference after meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Baghdad, attended by "obelisk", "it was to clarify the export of oil officials process they acknowledged that the region is committed to the agreement signed between the two sides," he said, adding that "the Iraqi government does not have sufficient funds to pay for the region because of the suffering of Iraq is currently an economic crisis due to low oil prices at the level of the world. "
Barzani stressed that "the Erbil and Baghdad are committed to oil Convention between them and there are no problems," explaining that "the region is committed to the export of 550 000 barrels of oil, according to the agreement signed."

Ok, so it looks like the meetings for today are over, but they are saying they don't have enough money to implement the project. Trying to figure this out.
