     He said the Committee on Migration and Displacement parliamentary member Ahmed milkfish, that "the project of recording displaced according to the smart card will be launched next week."

    Oh Man, no matter anyone thinks, I love the "Smart Card" movement when it is having a movement... Displaced means anywhere... ;)
