A source in the province that the files of corruption forced Council member Salah Abdul Razak to resign.
The source said the agency ((eighth day)) that before the day was the formation of a committee to review the files of corruption last session, adding that Abdul Razak after learning the topic of formation of the committee resigned because of corruption and projects phantom files during the period he held the position of Baghdad province from 2008 to 2012.
The source added that Abdul Razak had to end all his belongings in Iraq and the transfer of the residence of his family from Baghdad to London since last February in case of any emergency.
