    Deputy for the national forces: Parliament canceled a vacation for the month of May amid efforts to pass important laws

    Announced by National Forces Alliance victory for al-Jubouri Cancel House of Representatives legislative holiday for its members for the month of May with a view to the next important laws that the Council was not able to legislation during the previous sessions of the legislation.

    Jubouri also demanded the adoption of important laws and necessary that affect the lives of citizens and significantly affect the functioning of the political process as the law of the Federal Court and the law of parties, and the law of oil and gas in addition to the National Guard Law.

    She said al-Jubouri in a statement to Radio tow that there is a difference in views between the political blocs on those particular laws Parties Law and the Law on the National Guard, which the government program focused during this period, noting that there are many sessions will be held between the heads of the blocks and the competent committees to work on fueling those laws.

    Indeed ... Remember my theory on the revalue process regarding timing and order of events? I said that the revalue ought to precede the passage of laws like the oil law, investment law etc,,, The oil law has been directly associated in reports to the transition to a market economy IE foreign direct investment . 


    Under the 2013-2017 National Development Plan adopted by the Council of Ministers in May 2013, Iraq hopes to mobilize approximately $400 billion in investment over the next five years. At the current exchange RATE THAT's A LOT OF DINAR to race through the local economy. The velocity rate of that foreign investment  might be so fast those dinar notes  get windburn trying to keep up with demand. 


    They are definitely in a hurry to get these laws complete even forgoing their precious vacation. So like I speculated before I think this an indication of the timing of the revalue, it ought to precede the enactment of this law IMO...


     If they plan on having these laws complete by June 7th well that's a short window.
