    Shafaq News / Rafidain Bank announced on Saturday, using modern techniques in paying salaries of retirees through the smart card in its branches in the country.
     
    “The bank has put its capabilities in providing services for retirees and pay their salaries in appropriate time and without delay ,” The general director of the bank , Basem Kamal al-Hassani said in a written statement received by Shafaq News”.
     
    He added that the bank is one of the main pillars and is a national bank leads its services to all sectors ranging from government , private and issues related to citizens who need direct humanitarian service.

    i love seeing this.  QI cards (snart cards) being released, ration cards being exchanged for QI cards, in the end means less cash in society, which gives it more power.  Couple that with the new 50 dinar note and we are looking better everyday.  Now we are still waiting for the sdr assessment, and after a little research I have found a couple of countries that deleted zeros was noted by IMF in September.

    So you are looking at September RV? Don't if the Kurds will wait that long... Could cause problems. If I'm understanding what I've been reading... Anyone correct me if I'm assuming wrong.

    no....I was looking for a rv years ago...lol. What I am saying is that in sept 2003, for some reason, many countries deleted 0's.  That is what I got from IMF website, not that I am looking to September for rv, I would appreciate it tomorrow...if someone could arrange that for me, I'd appreciate it

    I guess I should also state that many countries that generally have sdr value changed on April 30th have yet to be changed.

    Sept is as good as any date considering China have asked to be included in the basket and this happens end of sept early October! So waiting until then isncertainly an option! Certainly want it now but don't be supprised!
