    Iraqi source familiar with the detection of granting international coalition deadline of three months to the prime minister Haider al-Abadi to fulfill his promises.

    The source explained that "al-Abadi won three promises conditional versus reassure Sunni Arabs arming tribes and the adoption and implementation of the National Guard Law and activating the national reconciliation file and cancel memorandums of judicial arrest which was issued politically motivated,
    whether under the heading of terrorism or integrity and the adoption of the amnesty law and the realization of balance within the government file and scalable People crowd at the level of armament and financial spending and participation in leadership. "

    The source added that "in exchange for the implementation of those promises America and Britain pledged to crack down on the media jihad, and pledged the United States, France, Italy and Saudi Arabia, draining the sources of financing of terrorism,
    as Turkey and NATO pledged to control the border, and vowed to France and Britain to stop the flow of migrants towards Iraq and Syria."

    He stressed that he "was identified three months to monitor the fulfillment of his promises Abadi, which is promising in the first Paris Conference, and confirm with Obama in Washington and repeated it in Paris in the second conference of this June."

    The Abadi has reached Iraq, coming from Paris after a counter-terrorism conference in which the international coalition discussed the war on "Daash" hard-line and the possibility of elimination and the reduction of its capabilities as soon as possible.

    I find the 3 month timeline interesting.  Sorta aligns with the full implementation of the taxes and tariffs - and once the tariffs, etc. are in place, and Iraq becomes Art. 8 compliant, drops the peg to the dollar - it will be a full member of the WTO.  Timing could be a "clue".

    So why did the Kurds decide on 90 day to draft a constitution?  It appears that Iraq made commitments to make reforms over the next 3 months and countries are holding them to it.  Another point, it was the Club of Paris Agreement that got Iraq on sound financial footing.  Notice this meeting was also in Paris with the same partners....Darn Jackals......  

    Abadi government denies its commitment to "delay the implementation of promises" with the international coalition and the Union of Forces looms as the "internationalization"

    Baghdad-Iraq Press -4 June: denied the Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi Thursday, impose promises conditional on the Iraqi government in Paris last conference, to be applied within a specific timeframe, stressing that the use of such agreements "is not government policy," while Iraqi Forces Union board to "internationalize the Iraqi issue after three months neglected".

    I promised the United States of America, on Tuesday, that the reforms taken by the head of the Iraqi Council of Ministers, Haider al-Abadi, which constitute a movement active to achieve better government performance to be "more inclusive and more responsive" to the people's demands, while indicated that they previously stressed the importance of having a good government performance in Iraq to maintain the ability to resist the sustainability (Daash), expressed continuing to work with Iraq to stand against the threat of that organization, and unify Baghdad and Erbil efforts to work together to defeat it.

    He said US State Department spokesman, John Kirby, during a press briefing today, which I followed (range Press), "The United States commends certainly the head of the Iraqi Council of Ministers, Haider al-Abadi, to improve government performance initiative", returned as "an internal political affair."

    Kirby and saw, that "al-Abadi seeks through these reforms to improve services and taking into account the side of transparency," he returned "actively move in his attempt to achieve better government performance be more inclusive and more responsive to the demands of the Iraqi people."

    Lobo....Iraq will not drop peg to dollar....even after they RV....the peg helps to stabalize the dinar, making it more attractive in economic stability

    Thanks for the prayers, I had no idea I was "maybe" having surgery.  My computer had a very hard death and I waited for the sale of sales to get a new one.  Sometimes I am challenged with computers, I  am not a techy for sure.  About Iraq dropping the peg to the dollar, it can still be pegged but I believe in a basket of currencies and not solely to the dollar.  The CBI a while back had said (it has been a while, so I don't know if I can find the article) that the dinar will be backed by a basket of currencies and maybe gold.  That is where I felt the CBI would drop the peg to the dollar.
