"


    However, the president of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce that "the Iraqi consumer needs by providing a lot of services, especially the import of consumer goods, which the state has failed to secure to the citizen, and succeeded where Iraqi trader testimony of all the industrialized countries."


    He pointed out that "Iraqi businessman suffering from the failure of the banking system, which is one of the worst regimes in the world, in addition to the validity of some laws impeding the work of traders, which need to be reviewed for modification."


    For his part, President Chamber of Commerce Diwaniyah Mahmoud Laithi in an interview to the (long-Presse) The "Room carried out many activities and economic activities within and outside the country aims to serve Iraq and its people, and to overcome difficulties for traders and businessmen to contribute in building the country."


    He added that the "red tape hindered the implementation of the proposals of the Chamber of Commerce of Diwaniya in the establishment of an industrial city and fairgrounds, and the lack of cooperation from the local government in Diwaniya missed his chance in the founding of the city to maintain business."

    He explained that "the local government to protect the product and support the private sector and facilitate banking for traders and businessmen, to contribute meaningfully in sustainable development, and to encourage graduates to engage in the private sector to support their small".

    He pointed out that the "Dairy Diwaniyah produces the finest cheeses and dairy products, but flooding of local markets with goods Iranian, Turkish, and other countries at prices below cost prices in Iraq have led to the loss of the product and the lack of demand for it."


    The Chamber of Commerce was founded Diwaniyah is based (180 km) south of Baghdad, in 1961, under the Trade Act No. 40 of 1926 as amended by Law No. 41 for the year 1935.
