    And that "the conferees discussed the mechanism of supporting the private sector, to be a partner actually to local governments and the central stage building the new Iraq, in addition to discuss the decision of the certificate of origin and what endures merchant of great corruption in the implementation of this resolution, as well as raising the issue of tariffs and import licenses and engaging the commercial sector and the private sector in investment projects. "


    However, the president of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce that "the Iraqi consumer needs by providing a lot of services, especially the import of consumer goods, which the state has failed to secure to the citizen, and succeeded where Iraqi trader testimony of all the industrialized countries."


    He pointed out that "Iraqi businessman suffering from the failure of the banking system, which is one of the worst regimes in the world, in addition to the validity of some laws impeding the work of traders, which need to be reviewed for modification."


    For his part, President Chamber of Commerce Diwaniyah Mahmoud Laithi in an interview to the (long-Presse) The "Room carried out many activities and economic activities within and outside the country aims to serve Iraq and its people, and to overcome difficulties for traders and businessmen to contribute in building the country."


    He added that the "red tape hindered the implementation of the proposals of the Chamber of Commerce of Diwaniya in the establishment of an industrial city and fairgrounds, and the lack of cooperation from the local government in Diwaniya missed his chance in the founding of the city to maintain business."


    He held Laithi officials in Diwaniya "ensuring the survival of Diwaniyah distinct poverty, and go big projects and strategic to the provinces rich have many resources and ingredients business and financial, and they must claim in an active and influential for strategic projects to maintain for the advancement of their betterment economic."


    It said an economist at the University of Qadisiyah Dr. Abdul Karim Jaber said in an interview to the (long-Presse) that "the Iraqi governments seriously consider to develop the sectors of agriculture, industry and investment as well as the oil sector, and work on the resettlement of the food industry, commercial and industrial to lift the country from what is in it ".


    He explained that "the local government to protect the product and support the private sector and facilitate banking for traders and businessmen, to contribute meaningfully in sustainable development, and to encourage graduates to engage in the private sector to support their small".

    He pointed out that the "Dairy Diwaniyah produces the finest cheeses and dairy products, but flooding of local markets with goods Iranian, Turkish, and other countries at prices below cost prices in Iraq have led to the loss of the product and the lack of demand for it."


    The Chamber of Commerce was founded Diwaniyah is based (180 km) south of Baghdad, in 1961, under the Trade Act No. 40 of 1926 as amended by Law No. 41 for the year 1935.
