Parliamentary: political pressures the approval of general amnesty and Kurdish block pass Federal Court

Baghdad/... Legal Committee member revealed on National Alliance Deputy DG, Tuesday, having political pressure to pass the amnesty law in the House, confirmed that the Kurdistan Alliance hindered the adoption of the Federal Court Act because of disagreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the oil agreement.

Nassif said for "Iraq News", there is a set of laws were not carried out by Parliament in the first legislative term, owing to the lack of political consensus, but would press Parliament to pass the laws the Federal Court and the parties and the National Guard in addition to Amnesty and legal treaties during the next legislative term.

"The amnesty law is subjected to considerable pressure to pass the law takes many discussions, indicated that although the law covered a large proportion of prisoners but it was not possible to issue a general amnesty in times of war and instability in the country."

Nassif has shown that "there is a contrast between the territory and the Centre on the export of Iraqi Kurdistan (420) thousand barrels of oil during the month of June without the knowledge of the Federal Government making Kurdish deputies blocking the Federal Court Act for failure to submit a claim against territory." end quote 1

The last paragraph where it comments on Kurdistan selling oil and not telling Baghdad is a continuing saga - I really think Kurdistan is getting ready for the referendum for independence and has been setting up an international supply chain for its oil and other needed commodities.
