Cabinet agrees to meet the customs tariff on all border crossings starting next August expanded ..
The Cabinet approved the fulfillment of customs tariffs in all border crossing points, without exception, as well as taxes, including taxes on Kartat mobile phone, automotive, sales tax starting from 08/01/2015.
A statement by the Council of Ministers received {Euphrates} copy of it today, that "the Council of Ministers held its regular twenty-second for 2015 in Baghdad, and approved through which to meet the customs tariff on all border crossing points, without exception, as well as taxes, including taxes on Kartat mobile phone and cars and sales tax starting from 01/08/2015 for the necessities of process and technical, in order to secure work according to it, and the continuation of work in accordance with previous mechanisms until the date mentioned.
The Council approved according to the statement on the extension of the work of the committee formed under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 2 of 2012, and it Diwani No. 85 for the year 2014, supervising the conduct of syndicates and unions problem elections under the Governing Council Resolution No. 3 of 2004 for a period of one year from the date of issuance of this decision for the completion of the elections to be this extension is the last, and the addresses of the enterprise associations and according to the law of scientific societies No. 55 for the year 1981, shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in order to complete the administrative bodies guided by Decree No. 3 of 2004, and entrust the presidency of the Committee the Director of the Department of Affairs Committees of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
