Integrity court issues warrant against bringing in electricity minister on charges of squandering state funds
BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / .. revealed a member of the House of Representatives of the National Coalition MP Kazem al-Shammari, Wednesday, that the court of inquiry Integrity issued a warrant for the introduction of the Right and Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi.
Al-Shammari said in a press statement received / Baghdadi News /, a copy of "court of inquiry Integrity issued a warrant for the introduction of the Right and Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi in accordance with Article 340 of the Penal Code."
"The charges faced by Fahdawi of squandering state funds related to legal and abuses, including equivalents exchange outside powers and rental of premises to set up and Toc and other illegal means to waste of public money."
It is said that the House of Representatives questioned last Saturday and Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi on corruption charges, while Council declared his conviction answers. It ended
