    They keep saying soon while they push it off a little bit more each time It would appear they're waiting for some sort of timing mechanism, perhaps Healy's comet ... or something.... hum

"

    He noted that "Parliament will soon vote on the amendment of the Investment Law in order to attract investors, especially in the housing sector, and will need to be provincial law providing infrastructure for the success of the task of the investor."

    It is said that the country has been suffering for decades from the ongoing housing crisis because of rising real estate prices and construction materials led to the negative phenomena, including slums in Baghdad and the provinces and convert farmland to residential.

    Parliament seeks to vote on the amendment of the Investment Law to facilitate the work of investors and direct housing and other projects.

    Yes they do have an exact plan, I was being facetious or flippant if you will; I expect this to be enacted as law after the RV ... Which was the "Something" to which I was referring.
