    An informed source, the refusal of Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Algeria Iraqi proposal to the Arab League in the criminalization of atonement.  The source told all of Iraq [where] that "the Permanent Mission of Iraq on Friday Arab submitted a proposal to invite Arab Justice Ministers to sign for the criminalization of atonement agreement, but he met with a rejection of the representatives of Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Algeria," referring to "support the Sultanate of Oman to the proposal."
