House of Representatives decides on the final accounts of conditional ratification

According to the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) of the Constitution and item (iii) of Article (31) of the Rules of Procedure of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the legal budget for the years (2005_2006) issued the following Resolution:
1-conditional approval of the articles 3 and 2 on the final accounts of the Republic of Iraq for the years 2005-2006.
2-at the Ministry of Finance to ensure the safety behavior of financial spending units for the years 2005-2006.
3-on spending units, including the Kurdistan region to address the reservations and observations contained in the reports of the Office of Financial Supervision in 2670 numbered 12625 and 6/4/2008, 27/9/2009 in during a maximum period of 120 days from the date of issuance of the decision and otherwise the Council to refer the reports of the Office financial control to the investigative authorities and judicial authorities to conduct necessary.
4-Federal Council of Ministers on implementation of this resolution.
