    On the other hand, Kanani that "al-Abadi wants to replace 8 or 10 ministers and others," stressing that "the National Alliance does not know yet revealed how it will change them and whether Siqdmanm to parliament for a vote or not?".

    He said Abu Hasna (range), that "al-Abadi abide by the opinion of reference and claims the street to stay away from quotas," and expressed surprise at the "contradiction political forces that refuse to quotas and the positions of objects to touch it if any change in positions." 
    He said MP from the state law that "the prime minister presented to strategic issues such as security and the economy of the National Alliance, but a free choice of secretary-general of the Council of Ministers because he is commissioner of the parliament."     [/ltr]
