    Voice of the House of Representatives thirty-second regular Directors, which was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, President of the Council and in the presence of 230 deputies on Tuesday 27/10/2015, the amendment of the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 and the law of the national card.

    At the outset of the meeting President al-Jubouri announced the holding of the Presidency of the Council meeting yesterday with the heads of the legal and financial committees and the Directors-General specialists in the Council to discuss the salary scale and taking into consideration the economic situation of the country, calling on the Prime Minister and the ministers concerned to come to the House of Representatives for trading with the relevant committees Awaeda Council generally to take a position in this regard.

    Mr. President of the Council and noted that the Presidency will be presented in the framework of the parliamentary reforms assessment on the performance of heads of parliamentary committees, noting that evaluating the work of parliamentary committees could lead to change some of the heads of the committees for the performance of work in the legislative and regulatory framework as a whole.

    The Council voted on the draft second amendment to the Investment Law No. 13 of Law 2006 and submitted by the committees of economy, investment and finance in order to facilitate the organization of work in the investment bodies and address some of the constraints shown by the practice in the application of the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006, as amended, and to create an encouraging and appropriate climate for investment in all sectors and the granting of privileges and exemptions and soft loans attractive to investors and to allow the ministries to share with the private sector (Iraqi and foreign) and mixed for the rehabilitation and operation of its companies to be reflected positively on economic development and reconstruction of Iraq.

    The Board completed the vote on the draft national card law submitted by the Committees on Security and Defense and legal services and construction, which comes due to the multiplicity of tariff documents among the citizens for the purpose of alleviating the burden on the citizen and keep pace with progress in government work systems in the developed world through the use of the latest management systems and to build an integrated information network Civil and unite the Iraqi nationality certificate form and identity card and residence card model in a single document and information within a single network and its importance in the security side of the citizen and the state.
    Then it decided to adjourn the meeting to next Thursday 29/10/2015
