Chockh Yi said in an interview to the Sumerian News, he said that "Iraq's borrowing from the International Monetary Fund is contrary to the provisions of Islamic Sharia law," attributing it to "the benefits that take the box".
He Chockh Yi, "and therefore borrowing is a violation of the Iraqi constitution as well, which provided one of its articles that may not be laws and resolutions of legislation incompatible with the rules of Islam," pointing to "the existence of means for the government to meet the fiscal deficit experienced by Iraq, including reducing state spending and fighting corruption, and borrowing from Islamic sources. "
The World Bank announced on Friday (December 18 2015) for agreeing to give Iraq a loan of one billion and 200 million dollars to help Baghdad in controlling public finances and improve the efficiency of the energy sector and offset the decline in oil prices and the escalating costs of security conditions.
