I have agreed to be involved with Duck2000 to do a 2nd chance game on this Billion Dollar plus PowerBall. Below you will see what you must do to be involved. Learned a few mistakes from the last event that cost me time and a little cash. Wasn't that big of a deal but would like to avoid that this go around.

If your a member of this board you may enter into this Lottery Pool that Duck2000 will head along with I, the administration collecting the money. This Lottery Game is for the PowerBall Game that is to be worth over a Billion Dollars this Wednesday night 1/13/2016. In order for me to run the collection of funds properly and not time consuming on my end with confusion on who is who, you must follow the steps set below or, your transaction will be denied and sent back. I feel this is fair enough if you want to be involved.

There will be only two ways to send money:

    (1) PayPal which is the way I like it cause it is easy to keep up with and list of senders name and gives the senders a place to place a note. PayPal which you can use by going to paypal.com and sending to my PayPal account. Always when using this method, send to friend or personal transaction and not business or purchase transaction which causes a fee to generate. If you do, you have to cover that fee in that transaction or, I will deny that transaction and send it back. My PayPal account information you may need:

Name: Tommy Styles, HBB Online, Neno
Emails used with this account is nenosplace@att.net or paypal@nenosplace.com

This is my PayPal business account that will or should confirm with HBB Online in your receipt. I receive the transaction on my end with your real name but in most cases have no idea who you are so please, use the note section and tell me your username

No echecks thru PayPal, takes to long to clear. I still have two Pending from the last Lottery that I covered.

    (2) Wells Fargo for those that have a Wells Fargo Account, you may use that to send to my Wells Fargo Business Account Neno's Place/Tommy Styles by your phone or PC online or, even walking into a Wells Fargo Bank with or with out a Wells Fargo account. Wells Fargo will send me an email if you list my email nenosplace@att.net in your process as soon as the transaction takes place. I noticed on my end this last time, some are instant and some take till the next day so try to do it asap but, if I have the email confirming the deposit, your on the list or you emailing me the transaction number. All any of these steps thru Wells Fargo will require you to have my account number 6352460726 to complete your transaction.

Duck2000 will run the thread and control the distribution if we hit the big one and I will run the Name List, pictures, and collections  of the Lottery Tickets bought in $20 increments from the Membership. I have no problem with members wanting to buy more $20 increments but, they have to be tied to a member of the board with a username and, noted in your PayPal or Wells Fargo transaction note to me, if not, they will be denied and sent back. Only one $20 entry to the pool PER PERSON! Unless your paying for another person that is a member of the board, just note that username in the note section.

I will receive funds until Wednesday 1/13/2016 5PM Central. I would go later but this is during the week and I must retire early for work the next day.

I will add your name to the list as I verify funds. I will not edit your post with "Got It. Neno" this time, to time consuming so check the list below for your name but give me the evenings to catch the list up. If you mess up, I will refund and place this message in your post: Refunded, sent message in the refund. Neno

If this PowerBall Lottery is not won, we will do another and all ticket winnings forwarded to the next one. If it is won, the ticket winnings if worth the effort will be divided up and sent but if not, I may decide to give to a charity, cross that bridge when we get there.

Thanks to all that played before and forgiving me on my learning curve to run and provide the fund collection process more smoothly as we go forward. Feel free to post and cut-up as you wish after this official posting. Good Luck to you all and as always, God Bless You! You may start entering NOW!!!!!!!!

Ok, to this post, everything is caught up (names to the list that have been verified as paid)  and collected (tickets bought and pictures placed in first post). Had to send 3 back cause of the fees using PayPal Business instead of Person to Person which is free. Also had to send one back cause of using echeck thru PayPal, takes way to long to wait and clear.

Posted 2 more pictures of 200 tickets bought today in Caldwell Texas, added to the 36 earned from last drawing bought in Waxahachie Texas. There is enough money in the account right now and cleared for another 150 tickets which I will get tomorrow where ever I go. Just playing a game of buying some here and there. Still time to get in for tomorrows ticket buying.

umm I have a fix for the law saying you have to claim it out loud !>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>vulture cure

If you win the lottery and want to keep it a secret, you've got to trust.
In other words, let someone else face the publicity.
We'll probably never know who bought the $24 million Lotto Texas jackpot ticket July 28 at a southwest Houston Kroger store because the winner claimed the prize through the MDDSS Revocable Trust.
Manfred Sternberg, a trustee for the Houston-based trust, represented the winner Wednesday at the ceremonial check presentation.
    ADVERTISING

Under Texas law, a lottery winner cannot remain anonymous, but the winner doesn't have to be an individual. It can be a trust, Texas Lottery Commission spokeswoman Kelly Cripe said.
    #pmad-bt-frame {display:inline-block; width:540px; height:100px;} @media (min-width:1200px) and (max-width:4000px){#pmad-bt-frame{width:540px !important; height:100px !important;}} @media (min-width:1024px) and (max-width:1199px){#pmad-bt-frame{width:540px !important; height:100px !important;}} @media (min-width:768px) and (max-width:1023px){#pmad-bt-frame{width:540px !important; height:90px !important;}}
Information was not immediately available on how common it is for winners to form trusts before claiming their prizes, Cripe said.
Another Houston lotto winner used the same tactic in May 2010 when he collected his lump-sum payout of $48.8 million through the MAED Trust after a delay caused by a photocopier snafu that blackened the front of the ticket.
The man, who has yet to go public, purchased a winning ticket worth $76 million the previous October at the H-E-B Pantry in Alvin.

    Trust Basics

    • In their simplest form, trusts are funds that hold the assets of a person -- the grantor -- for the benefit of beneficiaries. Assets transferred into a trust are no longer owned by the grantor but by the trust itself. Trusts can be used to avoid taxes and legal fees and allow the grantor control over the distribution of assets. Every trust has a trustee that manages the trust assets and oversees distribution of property. A grantor can be the trustee of his own trust, or the trustee can be a friend, relative or financial institution.

    After-Death Trusts

    • There are a variety of types of trust, but all fall into one of two categories: a living trust or an after-death trust. After-death trusts, or testamentary trusts, are only funded after the grantor dies. These trusts are irrevocable, meaning that the terms and conditions of the trust can't be changed after the grantor's death. After-death trusts are considered to be a distinct legal and tax entity. Because of this, many individuals with particularly large estates use after-death trusts to avoid gift and estate taxes.

    Living Trusts

    • A living trust, also known as an inter vivos trust, is one that the grantor creates when he's still alive. Most living trusts are revocable trusts. That means the grantor can end the trust or remove trust property at any time. Living trusts are often used to avoid probate, a potentially time-consuming and expensive legal process after the grantor dies. Living trusts can be arranged so that property is distributed while the grantor is still alive or is only distributed after death.

    Establishing Trust Terms

    • Grantors have a lot of flexibility in how they set trust terms and conditions. Grantors can specify which beneficiaries get which assets. They can control when the beneficiaries receive distributions from the trust and they can specify the amount. Grantors also can put certain conditions on beneficiaries before they can receive trust assets. For example, a trust could specify that a beneficiary can only receive distributions after he's graduated from college or that a certain lump sum can be taken out to pay for a home. Alternatively, the grantor can leave few conditions in the trust and give the trustee more flexibility in distributing assets.
