[rtl]BAGHDAD / obelisk announced Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Monday, that the World Bank loans to Iraq for 2015 amounted to one billion and 900 million dollars, explaining that it distributed to the ages and gas, infrastructure and reconstruction projects liberated areas.[/rtl]
