Baghdad Council vote on the development of the regions for 2016 worth 427 billion dinars budget

He said al-Saadi's "Eye Iraq News", that "the Baghdad Council today held an emergency session on the development of the regions capital contracts staff," noting that "the Council voices on the development of the regions for 2016 allocated by the Ministry of Planning and budget, amounting to 427 billion dinars, while noting that the council It allocated 100 billion dinars to the Municipality of Baghdad and the rest of the budget will go to the province. "
"The balance of the capital Baghdad from regional development to the year 2016 are required to maintain regional development contracts to pay employees' salaries before starting any Awaguetsada service project during the current year."
He said al-Saadi "The governor of Baghdad, Ali al-Tamimi is who decides to grant contracts for regional development staff full salaries or reduced."
