[rtl]BAGHDAD / obelisk announced money laundering and economic crime court judge Iyad Muhsin ligature, Saturday, for a number of government and private banks to give substantial financial loans without guarantees, as described B'alsergh Almusharanh '.[/rtl]




[rtl]A ligature, 'we are investigating very important to give a large financial loans without any guarantees', adding that 'these loans are given by a number of government and private banks'.[/rtl]




[rtl]He ligature, that 'give loans in this way steal Musharanh', noting that 'many have been taken action against some borrowers and we are going to cooperate with the central bank to recover these loans'.[/rtl]




[rtl]He criticized the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq on the Keywords, in (13 of January), the performance of some State-owned banks in Iraq, stressing that these banks did not interact with the bank on loans raised to finance some of the projects.[/rtl]




[rtl]He revealed the central bank governor on the Keywords in (November 22, 2015) for the 'acquisition' Rafidain and Rasheed 80% of banking sector assets in Iraq, and as pointed out that the two banks are suffering from several problems, he explained that the Central Bank is moving to privatize the two banks.[/rtl]

Alsumaria News / Baghdad 
Announced money laundering and economic crime court judge Iyad Muhsin ligature, Saturday, for a number of government and private banks to give substantial financial loans without collateral, while describing it as "Almusharanh theft." 

He said ligature in an interview with Alsumaria's News, "we are investigating very important to give a large financial loans without any guarantees," explaining that "these loans are given by a number of government and private banks."
