    He Fahdawi that "the lack of allocations also lead to get severe bottlenecks in power transmission networks as a result of failure to address these bottlenecks for not providing the required allocation for the implementation of the rehabilitation of the power lines of existing transport, as well as not to add manufacturing plants and extending the transfer of new energy lines." 

    He Fahdawi that "the failure to meet the ministry's request to increase the financial allocations in order to raise the capacity of national electricity system will reflect negatively on the hours of processing everyday citizens, and thus will reflect negatively on the Iraqi street, as well as for severe pressures on the work of the Ministry of Electricity, not to mention its impact on sectors industry, agriculture, and infrastructure such as hospitals, water systems and sanitation. " 

    He called Fahdawi Council of Ministers to "reconsider the Ministry's budget in 2016," stressing that "the need is urgent and necessary to increase the budget to the amount not less than three trillion dinars, just like last year." 

    "The ministry has not received from the 2015 budget of 0.10%, which only allocated to it."
