    For his part, the French defense minister said, "The Daash began to decline after the international coalition that succeeded by multiplying the sources of funding on the ground," he returned that "the time had come to double the collective strength of the Coalition within a coherent military strategy."
    The defense ministers discussed the coalition countries during the Paris meeting, "the plan to ensure recovery of the two big cities that Ihtlhma Daash, two of Mosul and tenderness, and which represent the power centers of the organization."
