Kacem shmkhti: Barzani is ready for dialogue with Al-Maliki's coalition provided United Nations involvement

Erbil (newsletter).MP of the Kurdistan blocs Coalition//Kassem Mohammad shmkhti, the President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani was willing to sit down with a State law if the guarantees for the implementation of what is agreed, calling for the involvement of the United Nations or States ' friend ' in the meetings of the political blocs.
He said in a statement shmkhti (News Agency): Barzani was willing to sit down with a State law if the guarantees are agreed.
He added that past experience with state law were negative for the presence of many of the agreements were not implemented on the ground.
The Attorney said the Kurdistan blocs Coalition: that the only guarantee for the continuation of dialogue and the implementation of the United Nations, is the involvement of friendly countries in the meetings of the political blocs to oblige all political parties to implement the reached results.
The country is experiencing frequent crises since the formation of the current Government by tabloid yet, the latest financial detention crisis protection Minister Rafi Al-Issawi, and demonstrations in the Western prefectures, all of these things are factors conducive to explosion of the situation in the country./finished/24 LM/
