    BAGHDAD / JD / .. called for economic and investment commission in Parliament, the government levies to the necessity of activating the service institutions to cope with the financial crisis, saying that 70% of the levies not collected so far from citizens, especially in the province of Diyala.
    A member of the committee MP proof Mamouri told / JD / that has to be for the government to work on activating the levies and taxes to counter threats to the country's financial crisis, as it provides a big money that the government can help fill some of their needs.
    He added that 70% of the levies service institutions, such as electricity and water does not collect annually from citizens in all provinces, particularly Diyala province, compared to only 30% rally in favor of the government, calling for activating the levies and recovered for the state to support the financial situation in the country.
    Iraq has suffered from a major financial crisis as a result of the drop in oil prices to significant levels and because of the Iraqi economy's dependence on oil for 93% of revenue.
