He said the teacher, that "the three areas of the capital Baghdad forwarded so far under those contracts, a 710, 712 and 714 stores in the Zayouna area shops 601 and 609 in the Mansour and four shops in the Yarmouk district," asserting that "the coming days will witness the referral of a number of areas in Baghdad and the provinces to investment companies. "
He noted teacher, that "the tariff in accordance with these contracts will be subsidized by the government by 94%," noting that "The purpose of these contracts is urged citizens to pay wages and make deals with one hand, represented the investor who represents the ministry in all its controls and laws."
He promised a spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity, that the project "will push citizens to rationalize consumption, which will reflect positively on hours of processing power," pointing out that "the electrical power available to the ministry is currently sufficient citizens in the event of rationalization of consumption."
He called the teacher, citizens to "rationalize electrical energy for the sustainability of the continuity of the processing," and threatened to "cut off electricity for citizens in the event of non-payment of Edgware electricity that will be collected monthly by investment companies, after a ten-day deadline from the date of collection."
And between the teacher, that "investment companies will not be concerned with levying previous debt to the ministry owed by citizens and government institutions, amounting to about two billion and 500 million dollars," adding, "can not turn off that debt, but through legislation from the House of Representatives."
He said the teacher, that "The ministry gave the citizens a chance to pay off the debt Ptksatha a facilitator," asserting that "lists of payment issued by the public distribution directorates of the ministry only."
