Twilight News Joe Biden, US Vice-President / said that the battle led by the United States against al Daash which controls swathes of Iraq and Syria is gaining momentum and will achieve further progress by the end of the year.
Biden pointed to successes in recent US efforts in support of the Iraqi forces against the organization in Iraq as part of his defense of the foreign policy of the government of President Barack Obama.
He told the US House of Representatives Democrats in Baltimore, "I promise you after the restoration of gray .. .. watched what was happening in Raqqa in Syria and what is happening in Mosul (Iraq) by the end of this year."
And expelled Iraqi forces, militants from large parts of Ramadi, triggering speculation that they may succeed in other areas in the face of the organization.
Biden said, "Overall, we have restored 40 percent of the land that they occupy."
He attributed the Vice President recent successes to increase the participation of European countries and Turkey.
