The
General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, on the transfer of a
bill seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property
belonging to the staff of the former regime to parliament after approval
by the Council.
A statement by the Secretariat of the Council of
Ministers received Agency (news) copy of it: The Council of Ministers
referred the project to the House of Representatives for a vote, noting:
that the resolution which carried No. \ 126 taken in regular session
eleventh session held on 26 \ 3 \ 2013.
The assignment of the
decision to the House of Representatives was based on the provisions of
Articles (61 item I) and (80 item II) of the Constitution.
