    Seen as an MP for the coalition of citizen, Ahlam al-Hassani, said the government approval to raise foreign troops on Iraqi soil is to exceed the parliament by the executive branch.

    Husseini confirmed in a statement that "Alnornilloz" received a copy of which was that "the presence of foreign military forces on Iraqi soil must be presented to the Iraqi parliament and Alayad presence on Iraqi soil violation.

    She explained that "an increasing number of existing US forces in Iraq should be lifted to the Iraqi parliament for a vote of acceptance or rejection.

    The MP stressed in its statement that "the decisions of the powers of the House of Representatives and is the government's approval of their presence is to exceed the parliament by the executive power."
