She said the media and communications, said on Saturday that the benefits of telecommunications companies in Iraq is able to fill a fraction of the salaries of state employees, saying it does not exceed one billion dollars annually.
Economists believe that it is possible to use resources telecommunications companies to pay some of the salaries of state employees under a severe financial crisis, targeting the country.
