revealed a parliamentary source said on Saturday that the political differences over who would assume the presidency of the Court of Cassation postponed the vote in parliament to choose a president.



The source said in an interview with / Baghdadi News /, "The parliament postponed a vote on the selection of the President of the Court of Cassation, for lack of parliamentary blocs around him," noting that "the political differences over who would assume the presidency of the court is the reason to postpone the vote to choose a president."


He pointed out that "the vote on the choice of president recently added to the agenda of the parliamentary session today."
