    1 - the return of the looted money to Iraq and make the perpetrators of the administrative and financial corruption to the judicial authorities.

    2. control of the Iraqi Central Bank's fiscal policy and the development of a package of conditions that must be adhered to in the face of the financial transfer from Iraq to the outside.

    3. Develop strict instructions in border crossings to inspect the goods and to place all consumer goods, standardization and quality control to see the quality and usefulness of the local market to be re-exported goods that do not have good specifications productivity to the countries that produce them.

    4. support local industry and marketing of national products that will ensure sell them in the market at lower prices foreign counterparts, with an emphasis on high quality manufacturing.

    5. development of local agriculture and develop a plan for self-sufficiency and not rely on vegetables, fruits, meats and imported fish because the food upon which the citizens in their daily consumption of food is one of the largest ports to smuggle hard currency and waste.
