Described
two of the Kurdistan regional government discussions with Federal
Government security delegation which visited Erbil Wednesday "positive".

committees, two of the Kurdistan region and the Federal Ministry of

added that "the delegation of the Federal Ministry of Defense during

Kurdistan region, scheduled to be released on the delegation of
Kurdistan answer after extensive study of this program, at the next
meeting, to be held between the two delegations on 13/1/2013 in
Baghdad."
Mulla pointed out that "these meetings will continue until a final agreement".
The
Federal Government security delegation arrived Wednesday morning to
Arbil and held upon his arrival in a closed-door meeting with his
counterpart.
It was scheduled to be on the signing of the final
agreement between the delegations about managing file security in the
disputed areas.
Delegation of two of the Kurdistan Regional
Government, came to Baghdad in [26 September], where he met at the
Defense Ministry with the Ministry of defence said the Government
delegation in the Federal Government that the two sides reached a
comprehensive solution for managing file security in the disputed areas.
Defence
Minister saadun Al-dulaimi said at a joint press conference with
Minister Al-Sheikh Jaafar Mustafa two held in Baghdad after a joint
meeting between the delegations of the two sides as "a comprehensive
agreement was reached between the two Governments to manage the security
file and remove all tension in the disputed areas, and that a
delegation from Baghdad to Arbil on Sunday [last December 30, 2012] to
sign the final agreement".
The decision to declare the formation
of Tigris operations led by the Federal Ministry of Defense controversy
between the Government in Baghdad and the Government of Iraq about its
