    Basra - INA / confirmed the head of the committee for development and reconstruction in the province of Basra, flower Albjara, on Sunday, said investors in Basra face obstacles in Basra Investment Commission, as well as by the National Investment Authority in Baghdad.
    She Albjara, for "the Iraqi News Agency," "when talking with the investor is found complaining of significant obstacles stand in front of him which obstacles placed private investment as well as the concerned departments that give the sectoral approvals for any investment project of law."
    He showed that "the overall financial situation of the country and Basra makes it imperative for the local government head to the investment and to stand for the obstacles that prevent or does not encourage investment in Basra and in Iraq."
    Albjara felt, that "the solution to these obstacles is access to convenient solutions to the investor for the purpose of investment and encourage investment, especially the industrial, agricultural, commercial and even the rest of the areas are available in Basra and the possible support from the local government."
