    Project by P. Allen Smith
Forget overpriced store-bought bouquets. Show your favorite someone how much you care with a simple, elegant herb bouquet from your very own garden. Mix in some cool weather flowers for an extra pop of color, if you’d like. Bonus: This bouquet smells just as divine as it looks! (Download a PDF version of this DIY project.)

    Materials:

    Instructions:

    1. ARRANGE the herbs and flowers into an attractive bundle and secure stems with floral tape or a rubber band. (If desired, wrap bottoms of stems in a damp paper towel, slip a sandwich bag on top, then secure with twine.)
    2. CUT a square of paper and place the bunch on the center top point. Fold the left corner to the right, the bottom point up, and, lastly, the right corner to the left.
    3. TIE a length of twine around the herb and flower bundle, then finish with any kind of bow you’d like.
