    10:10:04 26.02.2016 |(Voice of Iraq) - Basra local government in Basra announced the completion of the first phase of water Central Shatt al - Arab project 100%, which operates 4,500 cubic meters per hour. He called thedeputy governor ofBasra lion Alajodi through Radio tow after visiting theproject finance, planning and the Presidency of the Ministries Cabinet toallocate thenecessary exception of the project funds for thepurpose ofcompleting thesecond phase aim ofamendment into action. he said the project is one of thelargest water projects in Basra , noting that the presence of thesteps and thepursuit of the local government ofBasra in order to complete thesecond phase.turn thecompany executing about thereadiness of the project in the first phase announced she said Executive Director of theproject Qusay al - Khafaji ,said thecompany has now entered themaintenance phase ,indicating that the second phase includes erected anumber of pumps equipped electrical work and convenient electronic control, which is complementary to therealization of the first stage.In the same context , it has confirmed theadministrative unit to spend the Shatt al -Arab from theneed to complete theproject , water Shatt al - Arab Central, said the mayor of the judiciary Haider Tohme said in astatement that the current project , which depends upon eliminating the safety ratings are not available and agallery of collapse at any moment because of theage of theproject. he said that despite of conducting maintenance work , only that it is no longer eligible to work ,noting that thejudiciary depends Almrashenh on the system and the system does not provide theliquefaction water at all times , calling stakeholders and responsible to complete theproject of theCentral service for the Shatt al - Arab population of the judiciary.[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
