He said that these products will be the best quality and the highest global environmental standards and provide approximately 2,000 jobs for the people of the province, and moving the local market directly and indirectly, and the conversion of Maysan province to the point of attracting capital and investing companies, indicating that « the success ofthis mission experience will stimulate the economic cycle is not in Maysan alone, but in all of Iraq». for his part, the governor of Maysan province »Sabah» he said on thesidelines of the ceremony : this refinery is « the first major investment project» in the oil filter sector in Iraq », indicating that he will be held on an area of (2420) without theduration of completion of four years in two phases. 
he noted that the first stage will be to meet the needs of the province and the country of the products of oil derivatives high quality is detrimental to the environment, and thesecond phase will be the export of petroleum products out of the country.
