She explained the United Nations that "minority seats spread over the provinces of Baghdad, Nineveh and Basra, Wasit," indicating that "Baghdad has (4) seats which one seat for each of the (Christians, Mandaeans, and Faili Kurds, and Turkmen), while comprising Nineveh (3) seats which one seat for each of the (Christians, Yazidis, Shabak), while comprising Basra (one seat) for Christians and Wasit (one seat) Faili Kurds.
