Baghdad (news) .. The economic expert Hamid al-Moussawi, the importance of passing a law infrastructure by the House of Representatives because of its great importance in the implementation of strategic projects and service to the country.

He added: that the passing of the bill is necessary because it will be able to create a lot of important service projects and shortly such as building schools, hospitals and residential complexes, as well as other projects which the country desperately need.
