     BAGHDAD / Reuters 

    The White House said that Joe Biden , the US Vice President spoke with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi on Tuesday to offer his condolences to the victims of a suicide attack in which at least 60 people were killed andmore than 70 wounded on Sunday. 
    Saw Muqdadiya, northeast of Baquba, in Diyala province, in the (29 February 2016), a suicide bomber with an explosive belt targeted a funeral, killing one and wounding 85 people , including members and leaders in the popular crowd. 
    the White House said Biden also see US efforts to help Iraq to get aid to stabilize and re building areas that have been restored from the organization Daash including the city of Ramadi. 
    this is the second call of its kind in a week, conducted by US Vice President Abadi to discuss aid. 
    The Abadi Joe Biden, US Vice President, discussed on Wednesday, ways to enhance support to Iraqi forces training and air support. 
    he said the Information Office of the Prime Minister, in two of this March, the latest "received a telephone call from US Vice President Joe Biden." the 
    statement added that "Biden congratulated Abadi , the Iraqi people , the victories achieved by our security forces in its war against Daash terrorist gangs" , expressing at the same time for "condolences to the victims of the recent terrorist operations." the 
    statement continued that " it was through contact with reviewing ways to enhance support for our troops in the areas of training, armament and air support, has also been confirmed parking United States with Iraq generally any potential challenges to its borders and territorial integrity . " . The 
    statement continued that "they discussed the economic and financial reform and the importance ofcontributing to support and speed up Iraq to provide the best international experience plans for theadvancement of its requirements are consistent with the needs of Iraq 's immediate and strategic."
