Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: Legal Committee of Parliament confirmed on Thursday that the Federal Court Act, can not vote on it, but after the vote on three bills, indicating that those laws are; (prosecutorial, judicial supervision, the Supreme Judicial Council), the presence of thread among them.
The deputy chairman of the Commission, Mohsen al-Sadoun for "tomorrow's Press," that"the Federal Court Act has yet to be agreed upon, the existence of a package of laws sent from the judiciary, including; public prosecutor law and judicial supervision, and the law of the Supreme Judicial Council."
He noted that "the Supreme Judicial Council, the law of the sender of the judicial authority to the Cabinet and to the Council of State, was not up to the House of Representatives so far," noting that "the House of Representatives awaiting the Supreme Judicial Council Act for approval, to be able to vote on other laws related to the judiciary, because there thread among them. "
He said al-Saadoun said "the Constitution says that the judiciary consists of the Supreme Judicial Council and the prosecution of the Federal Court and the Federal Court, in order to know the distribution of roles to find out who can manage the judiciary when the legislation of laws."
"The legal committee told the House of Representatives, there are important laws package coming from the judiciary, must be studied and all submitted to parliament for legislation in one package."
