presented by the Prime Minister
I am pleased to offer to the members of the Council of Ministers a code of conduct.Intended to guide ministers after their term of office and official are principles which set out the basis of trust between the Iraqi people and their government. Hopefully , all theministers of the work in this part of the Code.

We must work hard and creatively to ensure that citizens in Iraq to government services that they expect and that is our duty to provide it . Ministers must also adhere to the highest standards of integrity and decency standards during the performance of their duties.
